As senior members of the Agency team, the candidates will be responsible for leading the overall integrated communications strategy and plan including the ground operations. Both strategic and operational skills are important. Proven ability to maintain a “big picture” view while recognizing the importance of close attention to details. We are looking for self-starters who can work independently and can multi-task. Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are a must.

Job Specification

• The person will have a minimum of 5-7 years of MARCOM/ADVERTISING experience
• Preferably MBA with specialization in Marketing OR Communications from a well-reputed business school and be grounded in all aspect of advertising management.
• Business maturity, discretion and good judgment are essential qualifications for the role, as are strong communication and collaboration skills as well as a proactive approach.
• The Candidate is expected to play a pivotal role at our Company and will be an important member of the servicing team.
• Knowledge of digital/social media marketing will be required.
• Market research knowledge will be an added advantage. 

Preference will be given to candidates who have the knowledge in the areas of IoT/mobile/data etc.
