Job Description
- Assist the Chef with ingredient preparation and cooking Thakali khana.
- Experience in using cutting tools
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Make momos as per our ingredient and menu requirement.
- Prepares dressings on salads and desserts.
- Organizing and correctly storing food ingredients and food supplies.
- Take over the responsibilities of the head chef in his absence.
