Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Marketing Coordinator/Business Development Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a middle-level manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, content creation, and Social Media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Coordination:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and stories.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Respond to messages and comments, maintaining active interaction with the audience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members for content creation.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Track leads, manage pipelines, and provide regular updates to management.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree completed or running in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in business development and/or social media management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and digital skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and marketing fundamentals.
- Creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Probation Period:
- The first 3 months will be a probationary period to evaluate job fit, performance, and overall contribution to the team.
- During this time, the employee is expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrate leadership skills, and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
