Job Description
Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the academy’s programs, courses, and events.
Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the academy's brand image through various digital and offline marketing channels.
Content Creation: Create engaging content (social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, videos) to showcase the academy’s offerings, success stories, and events.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the academy’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Website Optimization: Ensure the academy's website is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand current trends in the culinary education sector, competitor activities, and student preferences.
Event Promotion: Promote culinary workshops, courses, and special events (competitions, masterclasses, etc.) to attract potential students and partners.
Partnership Development: Develop partnerships with local restaurants, food industry professionals, and culinary influencers to boost the academy’s visibility.
Student Recruitment: Assist the admissions team in attracting prospective students through targeted campaigns and open houses.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources across channels.
Reporting & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
Community Engagement: Build and engage with the culinary community by creating programs or partnerships that support student involvement and alumni relations.
Public Relations: Handle media relations, press releases, and interviews to promote the academy’s achievements, faculty, and students.
Collaborate with Faculty: Work with chefs and instructors to highlight their expertise and integrate them into marketing initiatives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Experience in hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing and campaign execution
