Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will lead initiatives to expand our presence across schools, colleges, corporates, and sporting institutions, aligning with our mission to strengthen sports culture nationwide.
You will develop growth strategies, explore new markets and partnerships, and manage client and partner relationships to enhance profitability. The role involves market research, proposal creation, deal negotiation, and performance tracking, while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams such as marketing and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships with schools, colleges, sports academies, corporates, and sponsors.
  • Engage corporate clients to offer sports-based employee engagement and wellness solutions.
  • Collaborate with CSR heads to secure funding for school and grassroots sports initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance, collect client feedback, and manage renewal cycles.
  • Achieve revenue targets through a consultative selling approach.
  • Present age-appropriate physical literacy and talent development models tailored to each school’s needs.
  • Organize company introduction sessions, sports clinics, and awareness workshops for school stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school principals, PE heads, and trustees.
  • Work closely with program delivery teams to ensure smooth post-sign-up implementation.
  • Develop and pitch customized sports programs (e.g., LTAD models, after-school programs, tournaments, coaching clinics).
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track conversion metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the company at sports expos, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and coaching teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Prepare regular reports and meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in sports, education, or wellness).
  • Strong network within educational institutions, sports federations, or corporate wellness circles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for sports and athlete development.
  • Young and dynamic individual (preferably single).
  • Must possess a 2-wheeler.
  • Willingness to travel PAN Nepal.
  • Freshers with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
