Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs
• Recommend suitable hardware products (tools, fittings, construction items, etc.)
• Explain product features, pricing, and usage
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Support billing and basic documentation if required
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display
• Assist in stock handling and coordination with the store team
• Follow up with customers when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) or currently pursuing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
