Job Description
Assisting, guiding, and coaching team members to achieve their monthly sales targets.
Exploring sales opportunities within the assigned areas for business development and preparing detailed sales and marketing plans.
Conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
Visiting the assigned market regularly and ensuring completion of outlet visit targets.
Ensuring OTC coverage as per company standards.
Support for the necessary promotional activities in the market as required.
Maintaining adequate stock for smooth operation of the areas and ensuring proper coordination between the Regional Distributor (RD) and retailers.
Monitoring and analyzing competitors’ activities and reporting findings to the supervisor.
Keeping track of duty schedules, attendance, and leave records of subordinate staff.
Maintaining proper records of areas branding materials (e.g., boards, counters, gifts, etc.) and reporting timely updates to the Brand Department.
Collecting, verifying, and analyzing reports from team members, and submitting compiled and summarized reports to the immediate supervisor on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members in daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Coaching and conducting new product training sessions for ISPs/GLs/TLs employees as needed and coordination with Trainer for training requirements.
Conducting meetings with Regional Distributors and retailers as required.
Job Specification
3–5 years of experience in mobile phone, electronics or FMCG
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
