Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on HR management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing policies, and supporting the organization in building a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
Drive HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decisions.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar supervisory HR role.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in [industry-specific HR practices, if any].
Familiarity with organizational development and change management
