Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on HR management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing policies, and supporting the organization in building a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
  • Drive HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
     
     
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar supervisory HR role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in [industry-specific HR practices, if any].
  • Familiarity with organizational development and change management
