Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet targets.
  • Provide training and support to ensure team performance.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities.
Job Specification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to develop creative strategies to meet business goals
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
