Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and promoting the company’s products or services to target audiences. The officer works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, enhance brand awareness, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance business by successfully leading a team to achieve set target, increase market share percentage through direct sales along with effective collaboration with surgeons and distributors.
- Maintains analyzes and utilizes territory records and other information to efficiently organize, plan, execute and measure results.
- Provide timely, accurate and constructive sales information and planned monthly activity.
- Monitoring Sales and expenses for the area, Setting Sales Targets.
- Contributing to developing effective reward systems for sales staff.
- Providing on and off the job coaching and counseling to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Departmental budgets and monitoring performance, motivating the team, planning the use of resources in medium and long-term in order to achieve sales targets.
- Need to coordinate with expat for the business relation and expansion.
- Make scheduled personalized sales demonstrations to the management.
- Other assignment as per the Supervisor / HODs.
Job Specification
- Higher Secondary Education (+2) or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing role.
- Experience in Invitro & Diagnostic Sector is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Negotiation and closing deals
- Customer relationship management (CRM tools knowledge)
- Sales forecasting and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Presentation and public speaking
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
