Job Description

Olivia Education is urgently seeking a motivated and professional Counselor – Europe to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students in selecting suitable European study destinations and guide them throughout the application and documentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to students regarding study options in European countries.
Guide students throughout the admission, documentation, and visa process.
Assist in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and countries based on student profiles.
Maintain communication with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and consultations effectively.
Ensure timely documentation and application processing.
Maintain records and update CRM/consultation database regularly.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and client meetings when required.

Job Specification

Minimum 6 months of experience in counseling or a similar role (preferably Europe-focused).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of European study destinations, requirements, and processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
