Account Officer

Maintain and update accurate financial records, ledgers, and ensure proper data entry into accounting systems.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, and support routine transactions.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, perform bank reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Assist with internal and external audits by compiling necessary documentation and providing clarifications.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements while supporting broader finance team functions.

Semi Qualified CA or similar certifications are a plus.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and solid understanding of tax and statutory regulations.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
