Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, consistently delivering results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual benefit for the company and the customer.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience markets.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
