Job Description

Market Expansion & Sales Growth:

  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for assigned regions.
  • Strengthen product coverage and ensure increased market penetration.

Sales Operations & Target Achievement:

  • Design and implement sales plans to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams in respective regions.

Distributor & Dealer Network Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and optimize distributor performance.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth order execution in coordination with supply chain teams.
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Client & Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen partnerships and resolve challenges.

. Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide timely reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Marketing & Promotional Activities:

  • Execute regional promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Budgeting & Financial Compliance:

  • Develop and oversee regional sales budgets.
  • Ensure financial discipline and compliance with company standards.

Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines.
Job Specification
  • Intermediate Level (+2/A-Levels/IB) or Above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG (Hygiene & Sanitary Products preferred).
  • Experience in Top Level Sales would be an advantage.
  • Mandatory experience in hygiene & sanitary products (e.g., diapers, sanitary napkins, tissues, wet wipes).
  • Strong understanding of Traditional Trade (TT) operations and B2B Sales.
  • Prior experience with international, national or local hygiene and sanitary brands is highly preferred.
  • Established market network in Nepal’s hygiene and sanitary product industry is a must.
  • Market Development: Proven ability to independently develop and expand new markets.
  • Distributor & Dealer Management: Strong experience in managing distributor networks and optimizing sales channels.
  • Sales & Business Development: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Client Relations: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Data-driven approach to market analysis, competitor research, and sales trends.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently and work under dynamic market conditions.
  • Problem Solver and Negotiator: Good at solving conflicts and ability to break the ice with strong negotiation skills.
