Job Description
Generate regular enquiries and secure customer appointments.
Drive successful sales closures and execute contracts
Ensure timely payment and advance collection
Deliver accurate monthly sales forecast
Meet targets for order intake, bid submissions and sales activities
Build relationship with architects, consultants’ builders and project developers
Collaborate with internal and external stake holders for project success
Job Specification
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing or related field in preferred
Working experience of at least 5 years is preferred
Proven track record in meeting sales record
Strong understanding of customer behaviors and decision making
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationship
Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to details and problem-solving abilities
A positive, motivated attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and meet sales target effectively
