Job Description
As an Area Sales Officer, you will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets and expanding market presence in your designated territory. Your responsibilities include:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify emerging market opportunities and ensure product availability.
Customer & Channel Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries effectively and uphold high satisfaction levels.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market research to study customer needs, preferences, and competitor behavior.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
Promotional & Branding Activities
Plan and execute sales promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to boost product visibility.
Drive effective branding strategies in your territory.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to harmonize strategies and boost overall performance.
Logistics & Support
Utilize provided allowances for fuel, maintenance, travel (TADA), and mobile expenses to support field operations.

Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (running candidates may be considered).
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Capability to analyze market trends and extract actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Additional Considerations:
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a strong customer orientation.
Organized in planning territory sales routes and managing schedules efficiently.
Compensation & Allowances:
Monthly salary: NPR 30,000–40,000 (negotiable)
Allowances: Fuel, Maintenance, Travel & Daily Allowance (TADA), Mobile expenses
