The Senior Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audit management. The role ensures strong financial control, strategic planning, and effective leadership within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee the overall financial management of the company, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support business planning through financial modeling and performance analysis.
Accounting & Audit
Ensure proper accounting practices are followed as per applicable standards and regulations.
Manage internal controls and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
Review audit findings and implement corrective actions when required.
Taxation & Compliance
Oversee corporate taxation, VAT, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
Ensure compliance with Nepal tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and handle tax assessments or inquiries.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.
Ensure timely completion of departmental tasks and reporting deadlines.
Coordinate with other departments to support operational and financial efficiency.
Strategic Support
Provide financial insights for decision-making, investment planning, and cost optimization.
Assist management in evaluating business risks and opportunities.

MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, and compliance roles OR
CA with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
