Job Description
- Screening, monitoring and training the potential candidates on experiences and skills.
- Lead a team on the department.
- Ensure all the CVs are updated with correct format
- Perform administrative tasks
- Organize and manage new candidates orientation, on-boarding and training programs
- Updating job requirements when needed
- Contact candidates and ensure each of them are updated with their required course
- Maintain candidates records and paperwork
- Develop the vocabulary regarding the different trade
- Continuous follow up and training with candidates on English/trade revision.
