This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting brand positioning for fortified micronutrient and energy-dense supplement products. The Senior Marketing Associate will conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor insights, and collaborate with sales teams to drive product awareness and growth. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing projects, preparing reports and presentations, overseeing marketing materials, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with internal teams, external partners, and customers effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support campaign development, product positioning, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing activities on time and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and experience in the FMCG or food industry are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with digital marketing tools, data analysis, presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
