Job Description

One of Nepal's leading footwear companies is looking for a dynamic and creative branding professional to join its marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen the brand presence of two established footwear brands by driving strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand strategies and marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage ATL and BTL campaigns, including television, print, outdoor, digital, and in-store activations.
  • Lead social media strategy, content planning, influencer collaborations, and partnership initiatives for both brands.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across packaging, point-of-sale materials, retail signage, showroom designs, and distributor outlets.
  • Coordinate with sales and retail teams to maintain visual merchandising standards across showrooms and dealer networks.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, printers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Manage branding and marketing budgets while monitoring campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to support informed branding decisions.
  • Plan and execute product launches, sponsorships, exhibitions, trade fairs, and brand collaborations.
  • Monitor brand performance indicators and prepare periodic reports and MIS for management review.
  • Maintain clear differentiation and consistency between GSL and LSI while supporting each brand's unique market positioning.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the footwear, apparel, FMCG, or retail sectors.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or business units will be preferred, particularly for candidates being considered for the Deputy Manager position.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing ATL/BTL campaigns and managing external creative and media agencies.



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity with a sound understanding of brand-building principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both Nepali and English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and business units.


Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel to retail outlets, distributor locations, and factory sites as required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
