Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for one of the divisions of the MAW Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, promotional activities, and digital marketing programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve market share.
  • Support sales through product positioning, sales tools, and customer-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Manage branding, promotional events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to drive business decisions.
  • Develop sales kits, product communication, and marketing collateral for effective sales support.
  • Strengthen customer engagement through CRM, social media, and digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct product knowledge and sales training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree in a relevant field with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role or managerial role, preferably in the automobile industry.
