Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, support digital marketing initiatives, and help generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, confident in communicating with potential clients, and willing to learn and grow with the company.


Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
  • Engage with followers and potential clients to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.


Content Creation & Design
  • Create informative and engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design graphics, banners, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.


Digital Marketing & SEO
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
  • Perform basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for website and content.
  • Monitor website and social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in improving website visibility and online presence.


Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Send marketing emails and mass email campaigns.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales or management team.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

  • Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Content writing and copywriting
  • Graphic design using Canva (Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus)
  • Basic SEO knowledge

Preferred Skills
