Role Description The Digital Marketing Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that promote our partner company’s services across online channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing social media and email marketing, optimizing website content for search engines, and analyzing performance data to improve lead generation and brand visibility. The Digital Marketing Strategist will collaborate with HR consultants and leadership to align messaging with business goals, manage digital advertising budgets, and prepare regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and recommending new tools or tactics to enhance CC’s online presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, online campaign planning, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with social media management, content creation for digital channels, and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and basic marketing automation.
  • Ability to conduct market and audience research, segment targets, and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and editing for web, with clear, professional, and brand-aligned communication.
  • Familiarity with HR or professional services marketing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams on-site in Kathmandu.
