The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharatpur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

The Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, performance management processes, and compliance with institutional policies and local labor regulations. Typical responsibilities include maintaining HR records, administering compensation and benefits, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting workforce planning. The role also involves partnering with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive work culture and supporting change management initiatives across the college and affiliated hospital.


Qualifications and Eligibility

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


  • Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, Payroll Management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices, ideally within an educational or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse staff and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining HR information systems, documentation, and reporting.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning, change management, or organizational development is an advantage.
  • Previous HR management experience in an academic institution, hospital, or healthcare organization is highly beneficial.
