- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Ensure timely market collection and recovery of outstanding payments from dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Regularly follow up on receivables and maintain healthy debtor status in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, collection records, and customer database.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales and market collection experience in Food, FMCG, Edible Oil, or Agro industries.
- Experience in handling distributors, dealer networks, and regional sales operations preferred.
