Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Dream Group Nepal, based in Kathmandu. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. They will lead and train the front office team, address guest inquiries and concerns, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining effective communication both within the team and with other departments to uphold and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead and train teams effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
