Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based at our Kathmandu location. The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages to guests with precision and flair, ensuring excellent customer service. They will manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, assist in the creation of new drink recipes, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves cash handling, fostering guest satisfaction, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport with guests and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in Bartending techniques, including preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations efficiently and ensuring high standards of quality.
- Knowledge and experience in Cash Handling to process payments accurately and responsibly.
- Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices relevant to beverage service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or similar setting is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in mixology, bartending, or food and beverage services are advantageous.
