Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Kathmandu. The Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing materials that align with client brand guidelines and strategic goals. Responsibilities include translating briefs into design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, preparing files for digital publishing, and iterating based on feedback from the marketing and content teams. The role also involves collaborating closely with strategists and copywriters to maintain visual consistency across channels, staying current with design trends and tools, and supporting the optimization of creatives for performance and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in graphic and digital design, with experience creating visuals for web, social media, and online campaigns.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or equivalent design software).
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop concepts, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles for digital experiences.
  • Comfort collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment between visuals and strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work; experience in digital marketing or agency environments is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
