Job DescriptionOur Client, The Pace Infosys is Hiring AI/ML Developer.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks and APIs
- Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Integrate vector databases and semantic search systems
- Implement and manage MCP servers/tools and AI agent workflows
- Work with embeddings, chunking strategies, indexing, and retrieval optimization
- Integrate third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Gemini, etc.
- Design prompts, structured outputs, and tool-calling workflows
- Build APIs and backend services for AI applications
- Experiment with AI agents, memory systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Optimize AI system performance, latency, and token usage
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and deployment
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends, frameworks, and best practices
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building RAG systems
- Familiarity with embeddings and vector similarity search
- Experience with prompt engineering and structured outputs
- Understanding of AI agents and tool-calling concepts
- Experience implementing or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Proficiency in Python and Typescript/Javascript
- Experience developing REST APIs with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django
- Experience with vector databases such as pinecone or pgvector
- Fine-tuning or model training experience
- Experience with local/self-hosted models
- Knowledge of AI evaluation and observability
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying AI services at scale
- Familiarity with Docker and basic cloud deployment knowledge
- Understanding of security and privacy considerations in AI systems
