Job Description

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to manage and drive end-to-end Visa Application Centre (VAC) operations in the Nepal

Role: Country Head Visa Operations

Location: Kathmandu

The role will be responsible for:

✔ To manage operations of Visa Application Centre in the country, with accountability for process adherence, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, as well as overall responsibility for interaction and relationship management with the respective Mission / Embassy and the Business Partner.

✔ P&L ownership and profitability

✔ Embassy / Mission relationship management

✔ Customer experience & SLA delivery

✔ Process compliance and operational excellence

✔ Team leadership and workforce planning

✔ Business development & value-added services

Required Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in Visa / Hospitality / Retail banking operations

• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles

• Strong exposure to large-scale operations and stakeholder management

• Proven experience managing profitability, compliance, and service delivery

• Strong people leadership and strategic planning skills
