Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will assist students with academic and career guidance, provide support and information about university application processes, and address inquiries to ensure a smooth journey. Additional responsibilities include offering personalized customer service, helping students overcome challenges, and maintaining effective communication with both students and university partners. The role plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for students as they navigate their educational pathways.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with an understanding of students' academic and professional aspirations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and university partners effectively
- Background or experience in Education, with knowledge of university admissions and compliance processes
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with students
- Proficiency in managing time and tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
- Experience working with international students is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
