This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Owner at Leadership Construction. The Co-Owner will play a critical role in strategic decision-making, overseeing operations, developing business opportunities, and establishing partnerships. Responsibilities include managing sales efforts, spearheading product development, driving marketing and social media strategies, and ensuring smooth organizational functions. The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to advancing the organization's mission in the construction sector.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and represent the organization
- Proficiency in Sales and marketing to generate revenue and expand partnerships
- Experience in Product Development to design and implement innovative programs or initiatives
- Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement
- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address organizational challenges
- Passion for the construction industry and nonprofit work is a plus
