Job Description
Processing Medicine Invoices:
-> Reviewing and managing incoming medicine invoices for accuracy and recordkeeping.
Creating Orders via WhatsApp and Viber:
-> Processing direct and indirect medicine orders sent by customers through WhatsApp and Viber platforms.
Handling MDE Issues (Missed, Damaged, Exchange):
-> Investigating and resolving issues related to missed, damaged, or exchange requests for products.
Product Verification and Inspection (Related to MDE Issues):
-> Inspecting and verifying products returned or flagged under MDE to ensure quality and compliance.
Communicating with the Customer Care Team:
-> Responding to customer inquiries about both medicine and non-medicine products through the customer care team.
Handling Prescription Orders via Jeevee Admin:
-> Coordinating and communicating with customers regarding prescription orders using the Jeevee admin system.
Managing Medicine Transfers (Syntax Transfer to Location):
-> Overseeing the transfer of medicines to appropriate locations using the Syntax system.
Maintaining the Pharmaceutical Station:
-> Ensuring proper stock rotation, checking expiration dates, maintaining product organization, and upholding hygiene standards.
Required Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately review invoices, verify product quality, and manage inventory records.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in responding to customer queries
- Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to missed, damaged, or exchanged products efficiently.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Salary Range: 25-30K
