Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Execute the placement and timely removal of POSM materials at designated retail and distribution locations.

Coordinate the distribution of POSM materials to sales teams and distributors, ensuring adequate supply and proper usage.

Monitor, verify, and track company assets including counters, RDU phones, display boards, and other branding tools.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all assets and ensure accountability across locations.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors’ branding, visibility, and promotional activities.

Analyze competitors’ branding strategies and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure all branding and promotional activities are implemented within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Set up and manage demonstration areas (booths/tables) during events, activations, and promotional campaigns.

Provide on-ground support to the sales team for urgent branding requirements and activations.

Collect real-time market feedback and share insights with relevant teams to support decision-making.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

1–2 years of experience in branding or field marketing

Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
