Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented marketing professional with strong FMCG experience in the Nepalese market. The role will focus on driving brand growth through effective planning and on-ground execution across urban and rural markets, managing trade activations, and ensuring alignment with sales and distribution teams. The final designation will depend on the candidate’s experience and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute annual and quarterly Brand Marketing Plans aligned with business goals.
· Plan and manage A&P spends across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels.
· Execute media plans tailored to Nepal’s media consumption habits including TV, radio, print, and digital.
· Lead field activations such as retail campaigns, product sampling, and local events.
· Design and implement consumer promotions and trade schemes aligned with sales objectives.
· Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams for effective execution.
· Drive topline growth, market share, and profitability targets.
· Support product launches and relaunches with localized strategies.
· Develop trade marketing plans including POSM and retailer engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5–7 years of experience in FMCG marketing or trade marketing in Nepal.
· Strong understanding of Nepalese distribution networks and retail landscape.
· Experience working with distributors, dealers, and regional sales teams.

Additional Requirements:
· Willingness to travel frequently across regions in Nepal
