Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist based in Nepal to join a growing international project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Languages: Nepali and English (at least intermediate level)
- Own computer/laptop and stable internet
- Experience in sales, customer support, or similar work is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Talk to clients (calls, messages) and answer their questions
- Help clients understand our services
- Find client needs and solve their problems
- Encourage clients to continue using our services
- Bring back inactive clients
- Record all work in the system (CRM)
- Work with the team to improve processes
- Follow company rules and keep information private
- Use tools like CRM, calls, and chat
What we offer:
- Salary: NPR 60,000 during probation, then NPR 70,000 + bonuses
- Full-time job: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (with 1-hour break)
