Job Description
We're looking for 2 people who live on social media, genuinely love beauty content, and can do two things really well:
Customer care via DMs & comments — reply to customers across Instagram, TikTok & Facebook. Be the friendly, helpful face of Foreveryng.
Creator coordination — work closely with our UGC creators. Help them understand briefs, coordinate video ideas, and make sure content actually gets made.
This is NOT a traditional CS role. It's part community associates, part creator liaison — perfect for someone who understands the creator ecosystem and can write well in Niplish.
✅ Based in Kathmandu
✅ Fluent in Nepali + English
✅ Active on social media yourself
