Role Overview


We are looking for a mission-driven Marketing Head who is deeply aligned with health, fitness, and preventive wellness and is ready to scale Healthy Home into a globally recognized clinic brand. This is not a job—it’s a long-term leadership role with ownership of growth, brand, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities


1. Growth & Revenue Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end marketing strategy with clear ROI focus
  • Scale patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Build high-conversion funnels (online + offline clinic flow)

2. Brand Building (Authority in Wellness)

  • Position Healthy Home as a trusted health transformation brand
  • Lead storytelling across weight loss, skin, lifestyle, and herbal wellness
  • Develop strong personal + brand-led content ecosystems

3. Content & Digital Ecosystem

  • Oversee high-performing content (Reels, YouTube, educational content)
  • Build viral + trust-based content strategy
  • Manage social media, website, SEO, and paid ads direction

4. Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Launch innovative campaigns (before/after, transformation journeys)
  • Collaborate with influencers, doctors, fitness experts
  • Build strategic partnerships for expansion

5. Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Track CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance
  • Build reporting systems for decision-making

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and scale marketing team (content, design, performance)
  • Align marketing with operations, doctors, and sales
  • Build a performance-driven, creative culture
Ideal Candidate Profile


Professional Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years in marketing (preferably health, fitness, beauty, or wellness industry)
  • Proven track record of scaling a brand or generating strong ROI
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing + content marketing hybrid model
  • Experience managing teams and executing campaigns end-to-end

  • Personally believes in healthy lifestyle, fitness, or transformation-based living
  • Not just marketing knowledge—lives the product philosophy
