Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality audio samples in native Hindi to enrich AI-driven language models.
- Accurately transcribe and annotate speech data, ensuring linguistic nuances and context are captured.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to provide feedback on the effectiveness of AI training workflows.
- Review, analyze, and refine existing speech datasets for improved language model accuracy.
- Collect and organize real-world speech data from diverse contexts and speakers.
- Uphold rigorous standards for data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Communicate insights and progress clearly through written and verbal channels.
- Native proficiency in Hindi, with exceptional command of spoken and written forms.
- Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and annotation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to capture linguistic subtleties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with speech data collection processes.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines within structured AI workflows.
- Comfortable using digital tools for data entry, review, and communication.
- Prior experience contributing to AI or language technology projects.
- Access to quality recording equipment (microphone, quiet environment), though not mandatory.
