About the Job  

Title: Senior Project Manager 

Department: IFC 

Location: Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur 

Job Description: 

The Project Manager at IFC leads planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely  

delivery within scope and budget. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage  

resources, and address risks to achieve project objectives. The role ensures smooth  

communication with stakeholders and maintains project quality and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.  
• Lead, guide, and coordinate cross-functional teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.  
• Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, allocate resources effectively, and adjust strategies as needed to meet project goals.  
• Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to maintain project quality and compliance.  
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports, updates, and analyses to management, stakeholders, and clients.  
• Ensure adherence to IFC processes, policies, client requirements, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.  
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.  
• Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and other departments to ensure resources, timelines, and deliverables are effectively managed.  
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and outcomes. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or related field.  
• Proven experience in project management or similar role.  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.  
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.  
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.  
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
