Job Description
  • Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the on-trade channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, bars, lounges, hotels, and other on-trade partners.
  • Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of company products at all assigned outlets.
  • Coordinate and execute outlet activations, promotional campaigns, bottle redemption schemes, and brand engagement activities.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet performance, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.
  • Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up from assigned accounts.
  • Support distributors and regional sales teams in expanding on-trade coverage and strengthening market presence.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for branding materials, promotional support, and event execution.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and outlet performance updates.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, demand planning, and promotional planning for assigned territories.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade standards, and operational procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with outlet owners, managers, and frontline staff to strengthen brand loyalty.
