Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively managing distributors, retailers, and market coverage within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers while ensuring timely collection, controlled credit levels, and overall trade satisfaction.
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, conduct regular market visits as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP), and submit accurate sales reports and market updates to the supervisor.
Execute and monitor product promotion and brand activation activities to increase product visibility, market awareness, and sales growth in the assigned area.
Monitor competitor activities, trade schemes, distributor and retailer performance, and provide regular market intelligence and relevant sales information to management.
Qualification
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Up to 3 Years of experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet targets
