We are looking for a Salon Professional (Hair & Beauty).
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the salon
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Hire, train, and manage salon staff
- Prepare and manage staff schedules and attendance
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints
- Set and track sales targets and team performance
- Motivate staff to upsell services and retail products
- Monitor and manage salon inventory and supplies
- Maintain accurate billing and daily cash reports
- Use salon software for appointments, sales, and client records
- Ensure compliance with health and legal regulations
Experience
- 1 year+ of experience in salon or beauty industry (as a manager or senior staff)
- Proven experience in team handling, customer service, and operations
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and trends
- Familiarity with salon POS and booking software
