CG Net is looking for Sales Outbound Customer Service Representative responsible for proactively contacting existing and potential customers to drive renewals, upsell services, and reduce churn by promoting CGNET offers and maintaining customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for renewals, pending payments, and inactive customers
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and retention plans
- Convince customers to renew or upgrade services
- Identify churn risks and take preventive actions
- Maintain proper call records and daily performance reports
- Coordinate with billing team for payment confirmation
- Follow up with customers who showed interest but didn’t renew
- Handle objections related to price, service issues, or competitors
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Basic computer (MS Office skills) and reporting knowledge
