This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Narayangarh, Nepal. The Sales Officer will be responsible for meeting sales targets through market research, identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, tracking market trends, maintaining sales records, and providing feedback to the management to support strategic decision-making.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools, sales reporting, and analytical software
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in sales or marketing, especially in FMCG or related industries, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Nepali languages
