Location: Banasthali, Kathmandu
Work Hours: 6:45 PM – 3:45 AM NPT (Monday to Friday) - Night Shift

This role is not limited to client work. You’ll be involved in marketing across our products, internal brands, and growth initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll work across multiple fronts: product marketing, brand growth, and campaign execution. You’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for both our products and service divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outreach campaigns (DMs, emails, follow-ups) for lead generation
- Handle inbound inquiries and route or qualify them properly
- Manage and update CRM with leads, conversations, and statuses
- Plan, create, and publish content across social platforms
- Design basic creatives for posts, campaigns, and promotions
- Support product marketing efforts (feature highlights, demos, messaging)
- Assist in launching and managing campaigns across different brands/divisions
- Track performance and report insights for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, operations) for execution
Requirements
- Good understanding of marketing fundamentals (content, outreach, positioning)
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Comfortable working across multiple brands or projects
- Familiar with social media tools and basic design tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
- Willing to learn, adapt, and take ownership
