Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive – EV Leasing to lead regional sales operations and drive the adoption of electric vehicle (EV) leasing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing market opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee sales activities for EV leasing within the assigned region
Identify and engage high-potential clients, including industries, SMEs, and logistics operators
Manage the complete customer onboarding process, including verification and lease agreement execution
Lead, mentor, and support Junior Sales Officers to achieve team targets
Organize regional campaigns, awareness programs, and promotional activities
Track and report sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and generate referrals
Ensure achievement of regional leasing targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
2–4 years of experience in sales, finance, leasing, or automotive sectors
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
Ability to analyze market trends and execute effective regional strategies
Familiarity with electric vehicles (EVs) and leasing models is an advantage
