Job Description
Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and comparisons for laptops, mobile phones, and other gadgets.
• Demonstrate product features and ensure customers understand their usage and specifications.
• Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends, new arrivals, and product updates.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints while providing excellent after-sales support.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in retail sales of laptops, mobile phones and accessories.
• Strong product knowledge of laptops, smartphones, accessories, and related tech.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in Nepali and English.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation and closing skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Smart, energetic, and passionate about technology.
