Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Lead to drive international expansion of Knit One ERP in India and Bangladesh, key hubs for knitwear manufacturing. This role requires a strong mindset, B2B SaaS sales expertise, and the ability to build and scale markets from scratch.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify and penetrate knitwear manufacturing clusters in India & Bangladesh
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new geographies
- Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound, referrals, and partnerships
2. Product Selling & Consultative Sales
- Understand manufacturing workflows and position Knit One ERP as a solution
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and ROI-driven discussions
- Educate prospects on how ERP can improve costing accuracy, production efficiency, and visibility
3. Client Acquisition & Revenue Ownership
- Own end-to-end sales cycle lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure
- Achieve revenue targets for international markets
- Build relationships with factory owners, operations heads, and decision-makers
4. Partnerships & Channel Development
- Identify local partners, consultants, or distributors in target countries
- Build channel sales strategies to scale faster
5. Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Track competitors, pricing, and industry trends in textile ERP space
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for localization and feature improvements
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and client success post-sale
Required Experience and Skills
• 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, ERP, or manufacturing solutions)
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Understanding of manufacturing / textile / ERP ecosystem
• Ability to sell value (ROI, efficiency, cost-saving) vs. just features
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or industrial software
• Exposure to textile/garment industry is a strong advantage
