Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training in full-stack web development. The trainer will guide students through both fundamental and advanced concepts of the MERN stack, using real-world projects to ensure practical learning. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy mentoring aspiring developers, we want to hear from you.

• Deliver structured training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Teach frontend and backend development concepts with a project-based approach.
• Provide hands-on coding sessions, guiding students through real-time projects.
• Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials as needed.
• Assign and review practical tasks, projects and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer one-on-one mentorship.
• Evaluate student performance and track progress.
• Assist students in building portfolios and preparing for job interviews.
• Stay up to date with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Foster an engaging, interactive, and supportive learning environment.

• Strong expertise in: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with deployment (cloud platforms, hosting).
• Understanding of MVC architecture and modern development practices.

• Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to real-world project development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Trainer.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
• Patience and adaptability when working with learners at different skill levels.
